UI/UX Designer
  • Bachelor’s Degree  in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) / Multi Media Arts or other related field.
  • At least 4+ years experience as an User Interface/Experience Designer, Visual graphic design or other relative experience 
  • Excellent Illustration, Graphic/Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Solid understanding of interaction design fundamentals and best practices for web responsive, enterprise and mobile design such as Google material design guidelines, iOS design guidelines, UX patterns and techniques, and Design Sprint for collaborative design.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, Interaction and User flows, process flows, sitemaps using prototyping tools such as Omnigraffle, Visio,  Axure, UXPin, Moqups, Balsamiq, Justinmind, Mockplus or other related tools.
  • Expertise in UI Visual and Interactive Prototype tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe XD etc.), Sketchapp, Zeplin, InVision, Marvelapp, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Principle, Axure and the other related tools is a must. 
  • Knowledge in UI Animation and Interactive prototype such as  Principle, Flinto, Framer is a plus but not required.
  • A portfolio or sample of work that clearly demonstrates design case studies, thought process, and successful implementation of user-focused design solutions.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, to teams and clients. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. 
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions. 
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Experience in planning and facilitating Collaborative design through design sprint.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design best practices (color theory, brand standards, typography, logo designs, layout etc)
  • We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to design and create unique and user-centric products and experience.  
  • The ideal candidate has an experience working in an Agile team which includes Project managers, Developers, Designers, Business analyst and QA. 
  • As a UI Designer you are expected to work closely with the PO and stakeholders to be able to get their overall vision of the product while also advocating the user needs, as well as work closely with the Development team to make sure that the product will conform to the overall vision of the design.
  • The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, make deliberate design decisions and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Actively participate and collaborate in discussions and working sessions with cross-functional groups of PMs, BAs, and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Plan and facilitate Design Sprint or workshop with key stakeholders to gather information and insights. Help drive to consensus. Document and communicate outcomes in a clear, effective, and visually-appealing manner.
  • Translate high level requirements into design solutions that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. 
  • Create journey maps, personas, wireframes, storyboards, process and Interaction flows, wireframes, low-fidelity mockups and high-fidelity interactive and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas and facilitate client’s vision. Likewise, ensure the technical feasibility of the UI/UX design.
  • Produce various design assets as required, including information architecture diagrams, personas, user journeys, process and interaction flows, storyboards, usability test plans and reports, wireframe sketches, low-fidelity mockups and high-fidelity interactive prototypes both on Web apps, Websites, Email templates and mobile designs (Android and iOS)
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineers. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. 
  • Evangelize and advocate for user research, user-centered design and design thinking philosophy, and UX/design best practices.
  • Contribute to an innovative and principled design culture across the whole product team. Continually keep yourself and the design team updated with the latest changes on industry standards by researching all things related to UI (UI Designs, UX Research, Visual design, Interaction design, Accessibility, Analytics for UX etc.) and participating into the regular Design team Brown bag sessions.
