  • Document and customise CRM solutions to meet the business needs of the company.
  • Work with the analytics team to produce CRM specific reports and dashboards in line with customer requirements.
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
  • Implement Zoho apps as required by clients.
  • Assist the customer support team in resolving customer queries and associated resolutions.
