Analytics Engineer

Basic Qualifications (Education / Experience)

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of creating visualisations and reports from use cases and presenting data in various forms.
Strong math and statistical skills and an ability to apply those skills towards generating logical, accurate and meaningful insights from data.
Hands-on experience designing, developing and implementing the creation of dashboards using icCube or other BI tools.

We offer innovative payroll and people management software as a service to the UK and the Philippines. The purpose of this role will be to produce simple and complex data visualisation, dashboards and reports to internal and external clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with different teams and software packages to understand, document and conduct data analysis.
Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports and dashboards.
Ability to relay complex data into visualisations.
Analyse CRM, payroll, financial and transactional data.
Re-model the underlying data to ensure consistency in definitions and joining logic.
Communicate and work with the UK team to meet clients reports and visualisation requests.
Support clients on existing visualisations.
